Jessica Lameda stands as a beacon of success, distinguished by her adeptness in financial organization and business management. Despite several of her ventures evolving into successful enterprises, Jessica often found herself stepping away—not due to a lack of financial success, but because of an absence of passion driving her forward. 

With over two decades in her professional journey, Jessica is a psychologist graduated from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV). Although she doesn't practice in private consultation, her true calling has always been to assist others. This passion gave birth to Jessica Wellness Skincare, a venture that began in Miami, utilizing the kitchens of friends who offered space for her to craft her initial product. What started as a personal response upon discovering the harmful effects conventional products could have on the skin swiftly transformed into a life mission.

Jessica challenged the notion that beauty necessitates compromising health, firmly believing in the possibility of creating natural, effective products free from harmful chemicals. In 2018, after facing rejections from various laboratories claiming it was impossible to formulate products without synthetic fillers, she took matters into her own hands by establishing her own laboratory in Naples, Florida. With just $10,000 in savings, she began producing her products in small batches, exclusively using natural ingredients. Today, her company, Jessica Wellness Skincare, has impressively grown and is valued at over $3 million.

Beyond leading an expanding enterprise, Jessica has incorporated her family into this journey. Her youngest son, Diego, who is autistic, actively participates in the team, adding a deeply personal and meaningful dimension to her business. For Jessica, success isn't solely measured by financial growth but also by the positive impact achieved in her community's lives and her own family.

One of the company's flagship products is the Magical Turmeric Tea, crafted with turmeric cultivated from her own farm in Venezuela. This product has transformed the lives of thousands worldwide. Jessica's mission is to broaden her reach so more individuals can benefit from the profound healing powers of turmeric, by creating sustainable and effective products.

Parallel to her business activities, Jessica is passionate about communication and education.
