Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, Jessica Wellness Australia does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit for change of mind or product preference. However, we are committed to meeting all obligations under Australian Consumer Law and will gladly offer a replacement or refund for items that are faulty or damaged.
We take great care in formulating and producing our products and are confident in their quality. Please note, we are not obligated to provide refunds unless a product is proven to be defective.
As our formulations use organic, natural ingredients, variations in scent, texture, or appearance may occur between batches due to seasonal changes. These differences are a normal part of working with natural materials and do not affect product performance. Every batch undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets our high standards.
Use-by Date Policy
Our products are free from artificial preservatives, which means shelf life may vary. Some items offered in special promotions may have a shorter use-by date, but we guarantee a minimum of four (4) weeks shelf life from the date of dispatch.
