To make sure your gifts arrive before Christmas, please check the recommended Australia Post cut-off dates below:

From Perth (Western Australia) to other states:

• Parcel Post (Standard Shipping): Lodge or order by Friday, 12 December 2025
  
• Express Post: Lodge or order by Monday, 22 December 2025

Within Western Australia (same-state deliveries):

• Parcel Post: Order by Monday, 22 December 2025
• Express Post: Order by Tuesday, 23 December 2025
  

Please note: these dates apply to purchases made before 1:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

To stay safe and relaxed, we recommend placing your order by Thursday 18 December (Express) or by Wednesday, 10 December (Standard) — that way your parcel is ready to sparkle under the tree right on time.

• WA metro: 1–3 business days
  
• Eastern states (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS): 5–9 business days with Parcel Post, or 2–4 with Express
  
• NT & remote areas: allow 1–2 extra days
  

Australia Post may experience seasonal delays in December, so ordering early is always best.

Express Post will still be available up to 23 December (for metro areas), but delays can happen during the festive rush.

Absolutely! Enjoy free standard shipping across Australia on all orders over $150 and free express shipping for orders over $200. For orders under $150, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.

If you’re sending directly to someone special, we can include a short-handwritten note at no extra charge — just leave your message at checkout.

We’ll do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time. However, once parcels are with Australia Post, delivery times may vary — especially in December.
